BOSTON, MA – September 17, 1998 – Infranet Solutions, Inc., a leading network solution provider, and Athena Design, Inc., maker of Integer, the world’s highest performance spreadsheet server, announced the signing of a VAR distribution agreement today.

Infranet Solutions is Athena Design’s first Value Added Reseller. Integer Spreadsheet Server is one of an elite and growing number of Novell "Yes Tested and Approved" applications for NetWare 5. Infranet Solutions will include Integer as part of complete NetWare 5 hardware/software/connectivity solutions. Infranet Solutions customers will be able to collaborate on business information including budgets and portfolios in real-time across their Intranet.
