You assign tasks as they come up and give feedback sometimes. You frequently wonder whether you're delegating enough, or getting as much leverage as you could (should) be getting. You somewhat regularly commit the cardinal sin of the delegator: doing something yourself because you can do it faster / better, or are too lazy to clarify how it should be done to someone else. Most people with assistants start here, and many tragically remain here forever.
