See how real leaders multiply their impact

I left my wife's ski boots in an airport. Suddenly my EA is  in contact with the airport, five couriers, and the airline. She's telling me five prices for different ways to fix it. I'm like, how has she done this already!?

My Athena EA’s written English is equal to a native speaker. From the first week I had total confidence that she could adeptly answer my emails, as me, without a second thought.

FAQ

What does a virtual sales assistant do?
A virtual sales assistant handles the work that keeps your deals moving. Your Athena Sales Assistant researches leads, handles follow-up, books meetings, keeps your CRM current, and preps proposals. How involved they get in the deals themselves is up to you. They work full-time and only for you.
Is this an AI sales assistant or a real person?
A real person, amplified by AI. AI tools can draft emails and log activity, but they can’t read a prospect’s tone on a call or decide which deal needs you today. Your assistant uses AI to research contacts, summarize calls, and update your CRM faster, then applies human judgment to each follow-up.
How is this different from a freelance sales VA or an outsourced sales agency?
A freelancer splits time across clients, and an agency puts shared reps on your account. Your Athena Sales Assistant is dedicated to you full-time, learns how you sell, and is coached and managed by Athena.
Will they sound like me with prospects?
That’s the goal from week one. You share your scripts, past emails, and how you like to open a conversation. Your assistant works from those, and you review early outreach until you’re comfortable. Over time they learn your deals and your contacts, so prospects get the same tone whether you send the message or they do.
Can they make calls and book meetings for me?
Yes, when calls are part of your scope. Your assistant makes follow-up and outreach calls from your scripts, then books meetings that meet your criteria onto your calendar. Before each call, you get a short prospect brief. After it, they log next steps and send the follow-up.
Can they close deals for me?
They can, depending on how you sell. Some clients keep the final conversation and have their assistant get prospects warm, briefed, and on the calendar. Others hand off routine deals, renewals, or contract sends. Either way, your assistant handles the follow-up and paperwork, and you decide the scope.
How does Athena select and train them?
We accept the top 1% of 30–60K+ monthly applicants, selected for critical thinking, resourcefulness, and sound judgment. Every assistant goes through in-person bootcamp training, then gets ongoing coaching from a dedicated Athena Partnership Manager.
What does onboarding look like?
It starts with a 15-minute call to map how you sell. We match you with a Sales Assistant from the top 1% of applicants, then run the onboarding kickoff: access to your CRM and tools, your first playbooks, and delegation training alongside. From there, you hand over your open pipeline, and your Athena manager keeps coaching both sides.
How is my data and account access protected?
Athena is SOC 2 Type II certified. Every assistant works on an Athena-issued, monitored device with remote-wipe capability, and every client is covered by Athena’s $1M cyberinsurance policy.
What if the fit is not right?
Athena matches you with someone new. Your Sales Assistant is one dedicated person, employed by Athena and supported by a partnership mManager, and if the fit isn’t right, we rematch you.
Do they work on commission?
No. Your Sales Assistant is a full-time Athena employee, and you pay one fixed monthly cost. There's no commission plan to design, no quota disputes, and no incentive to chase the wrong deals. Their focus is keeping your whole pipeline moving.
